Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns We offer a grace period of 7 days for the return of purchased items. After 7 days from the date of purchase, refunds and returns are not accepted. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as purchased, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Refunds Once a Caretti store acknowledges the returned goods, customers may either exchange the item or receive a refund. Item exchanges are processed during Caretti's working hours. Once a return is approved for a refund, we will credit your original payment method within a few days. If there is a delay or no refund appears, please check your bank account balance first — the process may take several days.
